A while back I did a post on Rington's Kenyan Gold tea and after having that tea, a funny thing happened to me. I started craving everyday black teas - teabag teas. I am sitting on pounds upon pounds of great loose leaf stuff, but when work was busy I found myself just reaching for quick bags and not being disappointed at all.
I drink a lot of tea and I doubt you are surprised to hear that. I have more tea in this house than I can possibly drink in several years. Occasionally it feels like the teas all run together, so many of them are similar to each other. But then there are those special ones that I can think back on and remember for one reason or the other. Sometimes a tea manages to be more than just a drink; sometimes a tea is an experience that I know at that moment I will remember for a very long time.
This is a travel mug from My Healthy Way, and it is different from most of the ones I have reviewed in the past. The biggest difference is that there is no steeping basket to add and remove. It still works great for tea though, keep reading!
Can we talk for a minute about TeaPrints and how much fun their items are? When Rosanne from TeaPrints contacted me about reviewing one of her t-shirts I was really excited. I was even able to pick the color and image I liked best. This is what I chose.
Last week I posted about ideas for gifts for the tea lover in your life, but you don't want to buy them tea. This post will continue with that thought, and just in time for Valentine's Day, the focus is sugar. Sweets for the sweet! Chambre de Sucre sent a box of amazing gourmet sugar to me a while back and I have been really anxious to write about the different items for you. I could spend a lot of time telling you what these taste like, but let's be honest, they're all sugar. So I'm going to focus more on what they look like because that's what is special here.
